HIRE/INTRODUCTION
Introduction
Your hosts Bryan, Alex and Dan invite you to experience Q Bar, our refurbished private function/meeting room that is fully air conditioned, self contained and with a dance floor.
Introducing a new, multifunctional entertainment venue, whether you require space for a group, corporate meetings, birthday party, anniversary or wedding reception.
Now with the added late licence offering 12PM bar (Sunday & Thursday) or 1AM (Saturdays) and entertainment licence so now you can add live bands to your booking to offer something different.
With our high quality and value for money reputation for fresh food, you can be sure to find the right menu requirements to suit your party needs. We can offer a personalised menu to cater for your party.
For your smaller party bookings, our main bar can offer you the high standards of entertainment and dining without the cost of a private room. Ask management for section and date availability.
Late Night Extensions
It is possible to apply to for a 2AM licence for special occasions ie, 30th, 40th and 50th birthday functions as well as 20th, 30th and 40th wedding anniversaries. Please discuss this with the manager well in advance.
Disco/Q-Bar
The function room is licensed for 100 people and has its own dance floor and sound system. Our in-house DJ's charge £180.
If you use your own DJ a hire charge of £50 will be made for the use of our sound system. Your DJ will need to supply turntables/mixer and phono to phono cable.
Door Policy
Saturday night bookings will restricted entry after 11:00PM on the main door. If you will be having late arrivals we will need to be informed in advance to prevent them being refused entry on the door.
Booking Arrangements
The room hire is non-refundable and is payable in advance four weeks before the booking. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment has been received. If you pay the room hire in full within 7 days of your enquiry we will give you a discount of 30%.

Corkage
Champagne corkage is charged at £10 per bottle and limited to 15 bottles per function.
Business Meetings and Conferences
£15 per person is charged for day meetings and included in the price is a set menu lunch with tea and coffee and biscuits on arrival. If no food is required a set room fee of £50 is charged. Finger food and buffet prices charged per guest depending on food and beverage requirements and budgets.
Wi-Fi is available for these meetings free of charge.
Main Bar Reservations
Party bookings taken for up to 30 guests seated. We can reserve an area for you and your friends and even decorate with balloons for birthday bookings!
Food is available from 12PM-9.30PM Monday to Thursday
Friday 12PM-10PM
Saturday & Sunday 12PM - 9.30PM.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
Buffet/Dining
We can cater for your party booking requirements. We offer buffet menus and dining menus. Please ask us for sample menus.
Food may by supplied by outside caterers for private functions only providing that all necessary environmental health requirements are adhered to our satisfaction. The charge for this facility is £100 payable in advance. Question bar dinning will not provide any catering equipment, heating facility's or washing up services
